We have had issues with another company to get work done not only that but was being charged a ridiculous amount of money for a job that we thought was a supposed be a fast paced job. Absolutely hands down the best honest plumber I have had come to my home today and tell me what my options were and gave me an absolute reasonable price for what needed to be done. Juan came with his team and did a spot repair on my home when I had another company come out and give me an outrageous estimate. Juan gave me an option that was reasonable and much less work than what that other company had told me. According to the other plumbing company I needed all my cast iron replaced. I'm so glad I got a 2nd opinion. I will be calling Juan back he is now my go to plumber. Call Done Right it's always a free estimate for them to come out to your home.

I was looking for a reliable plumbing service due to a clogged kitchen drain. Happened to find Done Right Drains and Plumbing with great reviews so I called their number around 2pm today. The dispatch agent, Sylvia, contacted the tech and called back to inform me that the technician is on the way. Jesus expeditiously worked to fix the problem and was done before close of business today. I'm impressed with the coordination and teamwork. Very professional. The price is very affordable and beats the competition. I highly recommend them and will definitely call for future plumbing issues.

We called for sewer drain clog. Juan came and televised the drains. Found the problem and unclogged the sewer drains. Juan thank you so much for your professionalism, for going above and beyond and for not giving up.

Unfortunately we had a pipe break off under our kitchen sink and had some leakage. I phoned Done Right and they answered right away and was able to get Jesus to my house within a few hours.

The lady, don't remember her name unfortunately was very helpful and called me back mentioning the technician could be there much sooner. Jesus shows up shortly after and was able to install the new pipes I purchased on Amazon. He then came back a second time to fix the spout that was leaking a bit, but it was due to it twisting and not sealed as it was it older.
