The special applies to any in-home drain with proper clean-out access, per drain. That means each drain you want cleared is a flat $40, with no upcharge for the drain itself and no part of the price hidden until the end of the job. A complimentary camera inspection of the drain we clear is included, so you can see the line is actually flowing.
How to claim it
Request your quote using the form and mention the $40 drain special. If the drain has proper clean-out access, you get the flat $40 price, camera inspection included. If your setup needs something more, we will tell you exactly what and quote it clearly before any work.

The straight story
What "proper clean-out access" means.
Most drains are cleared through a clean-out fitting: the capped opening on the drain line, or the trap under a sink, that lets a cable reach the clog without cutting into walls or flooring. If we can reach the clog that way, you get the flat $40 price, plus a complimentary camera inspection of the drain we clear.
Not sure whether your drain qualifies? Ask when you request a quote. If a drain needs work beyond clearing, such as a repair or replacement, we will quote that separately and only after you approve.
